Refund policy

Fourteen days, same coin, no questions about why. Here is exactly how it runs and where the genuine limits are.

Last updated 1 October 2026

The 14-day window

Your first payment on any paid plan is fully refundable for 14 days from the moment it confirms. Send us your order reference and a receiving address for the same coin you paid with, and we return the full amount. We cover the network fee on the return transfer. You keep every page you generated during that period.

How to request one

  • Find the order reference in Billing → Invoice history (it looks like WW-7QK4-2M9X).
  • Write to us from the contact page with that reference and the address to refund to.
  • We send the transfer within two business days and reply with the transaction hash so you can verify it on-chain.

After 14 days

Renewals and payments older than 14 days are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from Billing and the plan simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Because crypto payments settle once rather than recurring on a card file, there is nothing to stop — you just do not pay again.

Underpayments

If you send less than the quoted amount, the order stays open and shows the shortfall. Send the difference to the same address within the 30-minute window and it settles normally. If the window closes, email us the reference — we credit what arrived against a new order or return it, whichever you prefer.

Overpayments

Anything above the quoted amount is credited to your account and applied automatically to your next renewal. Ask and we will refund the difference instead.

Wrong network — the one real limit

Sending USDT to a TRC20 address over ERC20 or BEP20 (or any similar mismatch) usually puts the funds somewhere neither of us can reach. This is a property of the blockchains, not a policy choice, and we cannot refund what we never received. That is why the network warning at checkout is loud, repeated and impossible to dismiss. Please read it.

Hosting after a refund

Refunding a Premium payment takes hosted pages offline, because that is the service being refunded. Every HTML file you downloaded continues to work anywhere you host it — refund or not, those are yours.
