Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using WhiteWiz. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay rather than after.
Last updated 1 October 2026
1. What WhiteWiz provides
WhiteWiz generates single-file HTML landing pages from inputs you supply, and on the Premium plan hosts those pages and connects custom domains. We provide the generator and the hosting; the words, claims and offers on your pages are yours.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person or organisation. Sessions and saved pages are stored in your browser, so clearing site data for this domain removes them — export from Settings if you need a backup.
3. Ownership of generated pages
You own the pages you generate, outright and in perpetuity. There is no licence check, no phone-home and no expiry in a downloaded file. If you cancel, every page you already downloaded keeps working; only new generations stop. We claim no rights over your copy, brand assets or customer data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use WhiteWiz to publish pages that:
- impersonate another business, product or person, or pass off their trademarks as yours;
- advertise fraudulent offers, fake scarcity you cannot substantiate, or investment returns you cannot evidence;
- promote malware, phishing, or the sale of stolen credentials or data;
- breach the law that applies to you or to the people you are marketing to.
Hosted pages that break these rules are removed and the account closed without a refund. This does not affect files you already downloaded, which we have no technical ability to withdraw.
5. Payment, in crypto only
Plans are billed in cryptocurrency. We do not accept, process or store card details. Prices are quoted in USD and converted to the coin you select at the rate shown when you open an order; that amount is then fixed for 30 minutes. Sending a different amount, or sending on a network other than the one you selected, may result in funds that cannot be credited or recovered — the warning at checkout is there for a reason.
6. Refunds
First payments on a paid plan carry a 14-day money-back window, refunded in the coin you paid with to an address you nominate. See the refund policy for the detail. After 14 days, a plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded.
7. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. The generator and hosting may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Because your pages are self-contained files you already hold, an outage here never takes your pages down unless we are hosting them for you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data you did not export, or the commercial performance of a page we generated.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance. If you disagree, cancel — you keep your files.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms go to our contact page. A person reads it.
